Get Help
My office is currently closed to face-to-face drop ins and appointments.
My team and I are still on hand to assist you with any queries or problems you may have and casework is still being processed as normal.
If you need help with an issue, please don’t hesitate to contact me using the details below.
If you live in the Cardiff Central constituency, I can advise or advocate for you on a range of issues.
You can contact me regarding any matter you would like assistance with, or if you would like to know my views on national political issues.
My team and I also hold advice surgeries each week in locations across the constituency. All constituents are welcome to drop in, no appointment is needed. Click here for details of upcoming surgeries.
Matters that are the main responsibility of the Welsh Parliament or the Welsh Government will generally be referred to my colleague Jenny Rathbone MS. I may also refer your case or query to Councillor colleagues in Cardiff Council.
It may take me several weeks to respond to correspondence (whether email, letter, phone or social media), due to the volume of enquiries I receive – although some urgent cases can be dealt with more quickly. Please be aware that I represent around 60,000 people from Pentwyn to the City Centre, and receive hundreds of enquiries each week.
Please make sure that when contacting me you include your full name, postal address and phone number, as well as your email address if you have one, as well as other information (if relevant) such as your National Insurance Number and Date of Birth.
Parliamentary protocol requires that I only take up specific cases on behalf of people who live in my constituency.
