To mark 100 days until the General Election, I was joined in Cardiff Central by Stephen Twigg MP. We knocked doors in Cathays to spread the message about why it’s important to register and vote, particularly in closely contested seats like Cardiff Central. We were joined by local campaigners and Labour students, who shared some of their own stories with Stephen throughout the day.

In the afternoon I visited Cardiff Market and was interviewed by Kay Burley of Sky News, along with Rhun ap Iorwerth, Assembly Member for Ynys Môn.

100 days from today we have the chance to change our country for the better under a UK Labour government.

Hope instead of fear.
Equality instead of inequality.
Community instead of isolation.
Compassion instead of demonisation.
Progression instead of regression.

Please register to vote and vote Labour on May 7th.
