Unpaid carers in Cardiff Central provide crucial support to friends and family members, often without any time out for themselves. The value of the support they provide is staggering – the equivalent of a second NHS.

During Carers’ Week, I met with Carers UK to speak with carers about the challenges they are facing and the support they need. I will continue to champion carers in Parliament and in Cardiff Central.
